Buchanan & Young Auto Brokers

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE from Tom, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. Tom was honest, easy to communicate with, and made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in being transparent and professional with buyers. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a trustworthy seller.

I made a mistake and left my wallet in one of Buchanan & Young's vehicles after a test drive. (My apologies) I drove home almost two hours away. Thankfully due to their honesty it was returned the following day. Cash, cards and all. I would highly recommend doing business with honest people. Best regards and kind wishes. The Fowlers

The vehicle had multiple issues that kept it from being road worthy. The seller knew I was driving 3+ hours and did not disclose most of the issues including a driver's seat so torn up it is literally held together with duct tape. Bad steering issues, oil pressure issues and a transmission and/or shifter issue. (The seller did disclose that the fuel gauge was not working) A bit of honesty and disclosure would have saved me from wasting 7 hours of my day. I am extremely disappointed and will not ever consider this dealership again.

This dealership has been great to us over the past few years. We bought two used vehicles at a great price and we are very satisfied. Our salesman, Thomas, couldn't have been better. He sold us the second vehicle at a huge discount because it was to replace our vehicle that was totalled during Hurrican Helene. Jeff & Cameron in the service department are awesome. They will try to save you money on repairs and ensure you are satisfied. This dealership has been in business for decades because they treat people right.

If you are looking for a mechanic, think three times before going there. I made an appointment to check my car because the engine light was on, they told me it was the injectors, I waited three hours, I brought the car home, I paid almost $500 without complaint, a few hours later my whole house smelled of gasoline ( because the garage is in the basement, the car was there and the heating pump spread the smell through the house). However, the smell of gasoline is the least worrying, the danger to which my family was exposed by having a liquid as flammable as gasoline dispersed throughout the garage seems negligent to me.
