These folks are very nice and really helpful. We found ourselves in need of a four wheel drive vehicle and I had one that I’d seen on the site that I thought would work. But after taking time to qualify my needs, Raider told me that the unit I was looking at wouldn’t meet our needs. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! They will sell you a vehicle that breaks down and then they hide from. My friend bought a red jeep from them, the salesman said its a good jeep, I drove it myself for weeks while his own vehicle was in the shop. The whole rear-end was totally shot, and my friend has left many messages and they won't answer or call back. I'd like the owner to let me know when we can come up there and get that check bud.

Extremely disappointing experience with Buchanan Auto Sales. A disabled U.S. Army veteran who served our country in Operation Iraqi Freedom purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the car broke down the very next day. After inspection, the necessary repairs are estimated at nearly $3,000. When this was brought to the dealership’s attention, they have refused to offer any meaningful assistance or take responsibility for the situation. Businesses that sell vehicles should stand behind what they sell, especially when a major mechanical failure happens immediately after purchase. It is especially troubling to see this happen to someone who served our country and is now left dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs just one day after buying the vehicle. Raider was very knowledgeable, helpful, but most of all super accommodating from start to finish! Took the time to greatly tie up some loose ends I had questions about and was able to walk me through some things as if it were his own vehicle purchase. Would greatly recommend Buchanan Auto Sales for your next vehicle purchase!

Besides my car being misdiagnosed by faulty equipment and/or staff, plus neglecting to test drive it, unnecessary work $$ was put into my car upon their recommendation. Although they WERE at FAULT I was only given a partial refund after being told I'd be given a full one. They had my car for 3 weeks with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. And the minimal communication that did occur was absurd to say the least. I would NOT recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for a reputable/capable auto mechani! Total waste of time and money$$ Never again!
