Buckeye Complete Auto Care

I've gotten new tires and an oil change at Buckeye Complete Auto Care. They have fair prices, and actually explain everything they are doing with pictures, even let me walk in the garage and look under my car. I felt confident in what I was paying for. Their staff are friendly and honest. And, they have a nice lobby to sit in while I wait. I always check with them when my car needs work done. I highly recommend them

My vehicle stopped on the highway. I was provided this information due to thier reviews online by my brother. I had my vehicle towed there. I was informed of what the issue could be, possible costs and given a price for diagnostic services. I was offered transportation home free of charge! I was informed of the issues with my vehicle within 24 hours and the cost. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend!

I truly appreciate the detailed explanation of what was going on with my car, especially the photo images included so I could share them with my pops. Wow, that meant a lot to me. Regarding front wheel bearing replacement on Audi A6: Staff was very friendly during every step of the process including diagnostics and estimate, car drop off, every time I called to check on the status of the repair and at pick up. They were prompt in completing the repair and their price was very fair/competitive. I would highly recommend this company and will keep them in mind for any future car repairs!

Very professional staff. The mechanics do excellent quality work. The folks at the counter are knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. During my visits to Buckeye Complete Auto Care, I have never gotten (or overheard) any condescending answers, BS, tech jargon, or mansplaining. Highly recommended for your vehicle repairs.
