Buckeye Express Car Wash - Marion

I have monthly pass. My f250 tailgate never gets touched and the running boards are always dirty. I run it through twice everytime to no help. Told manager about it. He said my hitch was the problem. Removed hitch. Zero helped. I’m canceling my subscription

I wash my car fairly frequently. I’m consistently trying new car washes because my car is still dirty when I’m done. Buckeye Express Car Wash was recommended to me but I was let down yet again. I decided to get the platinum package to make sure it got clean. I’ve never paid so much for a car wash, $25.00, so I really anticipated my car to be a whole lot cleaner than it was when I came out! Not to mention my car was in the wash a whole or two minutes, maybe. I should not have to be in the parking lot of the car wash using my own cleaners to clean my windows and my car especially after paying $25 dollars! Which is what I was doing.

I’ve had a Gold pass for at least 2years probably now 🤞🤞no problems and great car wash, always washes the car nice the vacuums do a great job too. Not to mention the great customer service by the staff. With working in customer service myself I know it starts with great management. Keep up the great work guys!

Well it's a great place,only a few things need to be said. I didn't like the idea of taking away services without telling anyone about it. Like the window towel at the end and the tire rubber. They took them away because of people complaining, so the took from everyone without telling. 3weeks went buy without it on my truck,then found out I had to sign a waiver to get the services. So I paid for almost a month and didn't get full service. And now I still have to remind them about the tire rubber at the end every time. Other then that it's a great place and the people that work there in Marion Ohio is awesome.

If I could rate in the negative they'd receive -10. I woke up this morning to a $25 charge on my credit card that I DID NOT authorize. No one at the car wash specified to me that fast passes were a recurring monthly charge so when I gave the attendant my card I thought I was purchasing a 1 month pass. I called to explain the misunderstanding and the girl was terribly rude, and refused to reverse the transaction. Very dishonest and extremely misleading in my opinion. It should state clearly on the price board with the various washes and prices that it is a recurring monthly fee, period!
