Buck's Service Center

I had a flat tire. I live nowhere near the area. When I arrived, I was met with prompt and friendly service. My car takes a specific Hankook all season tire that is rarely in stock anywhere. It has to be ordered. He was willing to order it and have it the next morning (this was almost 5 pm). Bucks is very friendly and willing to help. Took walki-ns. Highly recommend!

When I called to schedule an appointment, a man picked up the phone and after I explained what all was going on, just said okay and see you then and hung up. He didn't ask me for any information, so I called back and spoke to a woman this time (to confirm that my appointment had been made), and I discovered that he never wrote me down at all. That was a red flag right there, but I went ahead and took my civic here because it's less than a five minute drive from me. I hit a dead deer on the road and wanted them to take a look underneath and see if anything was damaged. The mechanic working on my car said they didn't see anything other than hair from the deer. I want to thank Buckie for helping my wife while she was traveling and heard a loud noise from under her car. He found a loose panel under car and fixed it so she could get back on the road! Great service and friendly people.

Saw this garage online. New to town, my heater stopped working. Easy fix I would assume for the mechanically inclined, right? Not here, was told I don’t know what’s wrong with it, your pump wasn’t working but I got it working again but no heat. Take it to a dealership. I don’t know cars but maybe a thermostat or heater core is clogged???? Anyway charged me for nothing and when I went to pay, dudes wife said we don’t take cards. Just cash. Never again Buckie. Spread the word. Do they have negative stars? 👍🏼

I have done business for years at Bucks, my Dad started me there. He has always done great work and the shop is always clean. Couldn’t ask for a better shop.
