I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They came highly recommended by another mechanic (one who even brings his own car here) and now I completely understand why. The team was fast, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Being able to trust a shop makes all the difference, and I finally understand what people mean when they say “my mechanic.” Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, this is the only place I’ll be taking my car from now on.

I’ve trusted Bucky’s Complete Auto Repair for years. When I bought my 1997 F-250 with over 200k miles, I asked them to check the engine thoroughly. After some initial repairs, an issue came up shortly afterward. What truly sets Bucky’s apart is how they handled it. Jonny, the manager, was honest and transparent and worked with me to find a fair solution. The end result was a reliable truck and significant savings, and I felt completely supported throughout the process. Honesty like Jonny’s is rare these days. Bucky’s stands behind their work and treats customers right. Highly recommend.

My initial experience with a repair had some issues, which I detailed in a previous, negative review. To their immense credit, the team at Bucky's did not ignore the feedback. Instead, they reached out to me directly to address my concerns. They brought my car back in and completely re-evaluated the situation. The team not only fixed my car at no additional charge, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The staff was incredibly courteous, helpful, and genuinely paid attention to all of my concerns

I hadn’t been here for a couple years and brought my daughter’s car here for an oil change. Jacob the manager is really nice, knowledgeable and polite and was able to get my car in faster than the 2 hour wait it was suppose to be. They have always done great work and the updates to the waiting room are really nice and its comfortable. I would 100% recommend them.

I’m in good hands here. There is no reason for me to go elsewhere. I have had plenty of experience here and have found management and staff to be knowledgeable, skillful, and very willing to be of service. Guaranteed work. There is an obvious work ethic here that I admire. Makes me feel right at home. And I’m not the only one who feels that way. How many people can say that they love their auto shop? 👍
