We recently purchased a 2026 Ram 2500 from Bud Clary Auburn CDJR. While we love the truck, the overall experience was disappointing. Our salesperson, Devonte, was good—professional and helpful. Unfortunately, several issues overshadowed the experience. The truck could not be located at first despite having the keys, which caused an unnecessary delay. The finance portion of the purchase was uncomfortable and poorly handled, leaving us dissatisfied. After the purchase, we were asked to correct paperwork errors that were not our responsibility. We anre also still missing the second key fob (3 weeks later) Devonte told us he would order a replacement, but this was never followed through. I purchased a used car on a trade in 3 weeks ago. I asked the sales person to send detailed pics of the car as I live 1.5 hours away and am on a tight schedule. I traded in my car and was to receive a credit from the dealership. The day after I purchased the car, I noticed it has significant hail damage to the roof. I called immediately and asked that the dealership help pay to have the damage repaired in which they said they would get back to me. 3 weeks later still no call back and I have yet to get the money the dealership owes me for my trade in. I have been calling, texting the sales manager for weeks and have been completely blown off.
