Buddy Bear Car Wash

I use this location frequently. I have had an issue with the blowers being too strong. This time paid for tire cleaner and not only did I not get clean tires, still salt all over back and sides! Not sure what’s wrong…

I went to Buddy Bear Car Wash on Friday, 01/24/2025, and I have to say it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. First, after paying for what I thought would be a thorough wash, my car still came out dirty—especially on the rear bumper and trunk area. These are basic spots that shouldn’t be missed during a proper car wash. To make matters worse, there was soap residue left in between the doors, which means the rinse process wasn’t done properly. It felt like the system was either rushed or not maintained well enough to do its job. Additionally, the drying system was clearly malfunctioning or inadequate because my car came out soaked, leaving streaks and water spots all over the place. The point of using a car wash is to get a clean, dry car, and unfortunately, I got neither. For

I come to this location every so often and on 11/15 around 9:45am there was an issue with the touch screen terminal that I drove up to and the attendant needed to reboot it. The attendant was extremely generous and had me back up and go to another lane and gave me a free Buddy Bear wash. That is amazing customer service. The attendant was also extremely personable and I regret not getting his name to give home a shout out. I’ll keep coming to this location due to the amazing service.

Signage on which entrance to use could be better. Overall decent car Wash. Sometimes more powerful on the passenger side and might push in your mirrors. Rinse and dry cycle needs to be much longer.

Today (10/17/2024) at 1:15 - 1:40pm my husband took my car for a car wash on his way home from work. Comes home right after parks in our garage as always. Around 6pm we leave to my daughters soccer practice and I noticed my antenna assembly is damaged we rush over to the car wash to let management (Andrew) know. I asked for the owners phone number letting Andrew know what happened. He looks at my car and hand signals to wait a minute as he walks into their office room. After 2 minutes he comes out and hands me my white antenna cover that is now broken from the screws which can’t be put back. Andrew took my name, phone number, time of damages and my plates and says he’ll review the cameras and if it broke there at the car wash that he’ll report it to the owner and they will be in contact.
