Buddy Bear Car Wash

There are plenty buddy bear car washes all around the city. But this one need to do a maintenance job it stinks. Sends a stinky smell in your car and the undercoat brushes don't work which is crucial to winter salt and snow under a car and the service manager there is horrible. The manager was The manager was very very unprofessional and all she did was try to defend the stinky smell calling it sewer smell. I know that it was sewer smell, but it is not supposed to smell up the car when you go through a car wash. At a well-maintained buddy, bear car wash. It actually sends a pleasant smell through the car when you go through the car wash not the smell of sewage. Investigate before you pay.

I usually go here every two or three weeks and I am happy with the service. I Went on Sunday November 2nd 2025, and I was not happy with the service which I paid extra for a tire shine. After leaving the car wash.There were water stains and marks all over my window and doors of my car. The water must have been dirty, It was as if it was never cleaned at all. I'm sorry but I will not be returning to this place again.

First,last and worse experience ever. I went through automatic carwash and the machines tore off my windshield wiper inserts on my brand new Mercedes Benz GLC 300. The manager David very rude after another employee rushed me through the extremely long line. Which ended up costing me repair cost to fix the problem their machines created. The wash on the back in of the car is not clean. Has soap left on car in back $7.00 for basic wash too high.

Paid for a $10 wash. Entering the was tunnel, smelled like dorty mop. Didn't even clean all my minor dirt, windshield was still spotted with water after hot dry.
