Jacob was so efficient getting my truck loaded for the hour drive from Weaverville to Redding. He enjoys his work and helping in the community like I do. I cannot express how much it means to feel safe as a woman alone broke down on the side of the road. William Gibson my tow truck driver was awesome… super safe driver he always looked over on every on ramp and was super friendly, also very knowledgeable…. Definitely deserves a raise!

Jacob came right on time, was super helpful, and got our vehicle to where it needed to be during a snowstorm. He went above and beyond and was able to help us solve a problem to get it moving again.
