I have rented vehicles from Budget for many years. I have never had a negative experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is a locally owned franchise, and the same employees have worked there for years, so that speaks volumes. Keep up the good work Budget!

Affordable pricing on box trucks. I’ve rented moving trucks 3 times through budget from southern Oregon to Abilene, Texas. I’ve never had any issues returning a truck. Make sure to bring your truck back with the tank filled or they will charge you out the wazoo!

Expensive, not Budget. Nice employees but very expensive compared to other companies. If it wasn't for everywhere else being out of cars, I wouldn't of rented here

I rented a car at Budget rental. I stated a few times it was 1 way. They now say I have to bring it back to Abiliene or be charged 1000.00 for them to come pick it up. Thats after I had to pay 800.00 for a deposit. Let me remind you I MADE sure it was one way. Im disabled and on limited income. This place is borderline scam. When we asked to see the video of said transaction, they threatened us with the police. There are plenty of car rentals in Abiliene. This one however is a miss. Run dont walk away from this place!

They charged our credit card multiple times. They demanded our insurance even though we bought their insurance. They said that their insurance would not cover everything, so our insurance would have to cover the rest. We read the insurance agreement and this was not anywhere near what she said. It felt like one scam after another.
