Nathan provided excellent customer service throughout my entire process of purchasing my 2009 Honda Accord. Despite having some issues behind the scenes that was out of both of our control, he remained kind and supportive. Nathan is super honest, and I can confidently say that was the easiest and most painless process of car shopping I have ever had (and we all know how much purchasing a car sucks). bought my 2008 wrangler from here. I hit a deer and had been car shopping for something to drive back and forth to work about 200 miles round trip every day so dependability was key. I looked quite a few places and was not impressed mainly with the salesman. I found a listing on marketplace went to check it out on my lunch break. when I arrived I was immediately greeted by the owner and he showed me the jeep. Right away I didn't get used car salesman or lemon pusher vibes from this guy. He was genuine, attentive, and gave me all the info he had on the vehicle. the Jeep was in excellent condition for the year and miles, it was clean, well maintained, and there were no tell tale signs of typical used car lot over cleaning things like the engine bay or spray painting frames to hide issues. Y

Purchased a Rubicon Sahara from budget auto and had it shipped home. Can't say enough good things about Nathan. He's very honest and upfront about everything and keeps his words. Not many people do business like him anymore. Really appreciate all the help Nathan in going above and beyond to make my transaction so easy. I didn't even see the car in person. They had a truck sitting on their lot for almost a year or longer. When I called and asked about it whoever I spoke to acted clueless stating they believe they just got it last week (a total lie) that they folded on as soon as I asked are you sure? I know nothing else about this dealership but if you’re willing to lie about that I think that has to bring into question everything else about your integrity.
