Tom with Budget Towing was great! On a Saturday morning, I broke down in the middle of nowhere while towing a trailer. Tom arrived promptly, was so careful with both vehicles, and stayed with me as we loaded the vehicles onto our own trailer. He went above and beyond. Thank you!

Thank you guys. The tow truck driver was so nice and even went out of his way in his personal truck to take us to a motel as we were on a motorcycle. I really do not enjoy giving poor reviews. However, they are needed to help people make decisions on their own. IF YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY TOWING in the Jamestown area this is the business to call. They have great rates, and are easy to get a hold of, and had a tow truck within 15 minutes of our call. If you need anything else from this business, I would stay away from this shop. This “business man” that owns the shop, lacks professionalism, and does not understand the importance of communicating with his customers. To not expand on the situation to much, he literally hung the phone up on me while I was trying to discuss options for my vehicle while it was in his shop. He also, would not release my vehicle to a tow truck to be moved to another shop, without paying him IN PERSON, due to the
