The car was ready right on time, spotless, and in perfect condition, which made the entire rental smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that provides both efficiency and such warm customer service. I truly appreciate the effort they put in, and I’ll definitely be renting from Avis again. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with my rental experience at Budget, 5000 Seminary. The staff was welcoming and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Picking up the car was smooth, and the vehicle I received was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and clearly well taken care of. What I appreciated most was the professionalism and courtesy of the team. They explained everything clearly, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure I felt confident before driving off. The return process was just as easy, taking only a few minutes.

I waited 30 minutes until the lazy employee showed up, then he says it's closing time and that the car I'm coming to get is saved for potentially "reserved" clients for tomorrow. Not booked or anything. Dude is straight up lazy. There is a reason why people stay broke (definition). He called the owner Lulia, asked if he could give me the suv, he did not try over the phone, just said "We can't give it right?" I heard nothing but good things about Lulua the owner from custimers in the store when chatting with them. So overall, dude is lazy, slow, not accommodating and in a rush to close when he is out doing whatever he is doing and comes back to the office at 4:59. Lol, you can't make this stuff up.
