Budget Car Rental

So I chose this particular location for a day rental and end up keeping the vehicle for two additional days...the reason I rated it three stars it's because the customer service is just average and the customer service person funny acting with certain customers

Car was fine with great gas mileage however we were in CA and the first time we needed to use the windshield wipers the blades peeled right off of both of them. When we reported ut to the rental office on return of the vehicle...the customer service rep told us that there was nothing he could do about it because there was no way to tell if they were already broken or if we did it...lol

My tyranny went out on my car and Oscar was there to help me, I got a good discount (USAA) and Oscar worked with me when I needed to extend the rental.

I'd give them. ZERO stars if I could! I made my reservation 3 months ago for a 1 day rental. The manager Oscar called me the day of the rental saying they won't have my car and I need to call around to find one. Seriously you have 3 months notice and you didn't know even the day before you wouldn't have one in stock? I get it some need their rental longer but this is just poor planning! It's not MY job to fix your mistake!!! Also I rented it through Costco which they told me it's up to Budget to find the customer another rental even if it means going to another company. This is per their rules between Costco and the rental companies. You lost a long time customer (yes check my Fastbreak record) and I'll NEVER rent though them again!
