Budget Car Rental

My experience with Budget car rental in East Boca was exceptional! The car I rented was clean and well maintained… I needed an extension which went very smoothly and when I had to change the return time of day, the charge was extremely fair! I will definitely rent from this establishment again and I highly recommend it.. the manager/owner is very understanding!

Due to frequent business travel, I regularly rent cars in many countries around the world and I strictly choose well-established brands such as Avis, Budget, or Sixt. Until now, I had never experienced a rental process like the one at the Budget Boca Raton location. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, despite the facility’s clearly inadequate physical conditions and the fact that there was no customer traffic at the time, the agent simply handed me the key and told me to collect the car from the back parking lot. I was also given a form stating that the vehicle had no damage. As there was no staff present near the vehicle (which I might accept at airport locations, but not at this type of facility), I inspected the car myself and immediately noticed visible issues such as damage to the

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon. When arriving at Budget Boca Raton, they're were people setting everywhere outside telling us good luck getting your rental. Upon entering the office, it was crazy. People everywhere waiting. Some people had been waiting for 2 hours to get their rentals. The office was hot, no air circulating. Only 3 people working the counters. One of which was rude and kept yelling at customers. After 45min standing in line and not making any progress my husband called Enterprise. Enterprise was more than happy to help us. We immediately caught a shuttle back to the airport. We went to the Enterprise car rental desk and was out of there within 15min. I had a great experience with this Budget location, which is perfectly situated near Mizner Park and offers plenty of parking. I rented a Toyota Camry with 2,000 miles on it, and it was a blast to drive. The customer service was top-notch — they called me right away to let me know I had left my phone wallet in the car.

I rented a car and paid for it in advance. When I arrived at the location, I was informed that there were no vehicles available to offer me. Even so, they said they could not cancel the reservation or issue a refund. I explained that I needed the car for work, but I was completely ignored. The staff stated that there was nothing they could do to resolve the situation. I was forced to go to another rental company, Enterprise, which solved my problem quickly and professionally. According to the agent, the company only guarantees vehicle availability for reservations made at least 24 hours in advance.
