My experience with Budget 🚙 Rental was impeccable. Customer service that I received from both of the representatives my experience was delightful. They made me feel welcome. They made me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions and I know I will be coming back. They offer a better rate and a lower down payment.😊❤️

Really poor customer service! I’ve never had any issues renting a car with a debit card before & my credit is good, so there’s no reason you shouldn’t accept my card! Im a senior citizen & have rented plenty of cars & never has this happened before! Your company policy stinks! You should stop wasting customers time because your website only states that there will be a larger hold for debit card! Very poor service plus the guy at the counter spoke loud enough for everyone in the office to hear the issue! No discretion at all! Also I’ve never rented a car before where roadside assistance was not included! That a ridiculous upsell! But you actually did me a favor because I rented from hertz for a cheaper price with my debit card! No issues at all! They also included roadside assistance!

My wife and I rented an SUV this past weekend. We picked up the car with an empty tank and had to fill it enough to make it home. Returned today with a little over 3/4 full. Far more than what we picked it up with. They then said with straight face to go take it to a gas station to put a little extra gas in there and then bring it back. Really?!?! Is that what they told the last person? Is that why We rented a vehicle with an empty gas tank? We drove overnight nonstop to get there on time. We were understandably exhausted so to be spoken to like we were his lot employees was unacceptable! If they treated everyone that way we never would have been given an empty car to begin with. I am glad we are back safe and happy to never see, speak to or deal with this specific rental location ever.

Great service experience. Cars were very clean and the checkout experience went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.
