Budget Car Rental

Horrible experience all around. I booked my car online proceeded to call the Stores number after I booked In order to make sure payment at the location would be fine. Whenever I got to the location, no cars were available for me to use and they say they likely wouldn’t have any more available for a week. Wasting my time and money as I had to Uber up there and Uber back home. However, a “regular” that was also at the location was still getting assistance and likely got a car. I even heard the Receptionist say “ Yeah, we like you and you like us” to the regular after turning me away and continuing to help him. This being my first time trying to rent a car with them, I’ll never be back.

Horrible management refused to let me speak to her boss stated she had no boss! Gave me a rent and refused to do a walk around with car because last person brung back rental damaged and she stated I did it!! Never experienced such issues in 15 yrs with Budget! Took pictures of other cars in the lot with prior damaged! I believe she set me up I had a reservation at 930 she told me no cars were available change time to 12. I came back at 12 didn’t get keys til 1pm and I just left at 245 because she refused to say it was there prior I contacted customer service and they heard her yelling and putting me out because she’s a liar! Mind you the rental is still there after I have almost 400 held on my card!!! SHE NEEDS TO NEVER WORK WITH PEOPLE HER ATTITUDE IS NASTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Now

I had an outstanding experience with this Budget Car Rental recently. I walked in without a reservation, expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but Greg went above and beyond. He found me the best available deal on the spot and even let me choose the car I wanted from the lot. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to customer needs were top-notch. It’s rare to come across service this smooth and accommodating, especially without a booking. Huge thanks to Greg and this Budget location—I’ll definitely be renting here again!

If I could give them 0stars I would!! They don’t take any online cards but their website does not state that. So, if you come in and have to change your card or change who the card is under the price goes up because you have to reserve the car. 10/10 would never book at another rental place again!

The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained, which made the drive even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such friendly and professional service.
