Budget Car Rental

Where do I begin...hmmm, let's start with the refusal to process the credit card I initial wanted use. It's a card that I've been with for over 10 plus years, and wasn't a gift card. The attendant said, "I don't know this company and refused to process it and said it looks he'll get a charge back." At this point I am already heated. Thank goodness I had a card he would accept. And to think that if I didn't, he wouldn't have given me a car. I inspected the vehicle and there was literal trash in it. Mind you, they have a $450 cleaning fre if you turn it in dirty or smoked in. I turned that vehicle in cleaner than I received it. I should send them a bill for $450 as they would the customers. Avoid at all cost.

I am so disappointed with my experience! It was the WORST customer service experience ever! The guy at the desk was rude! He cut me off several times when I was explaining that I had booked online with a company card but my credit card was going to be charged as he stated he did not see where it was paid for. I was trying to make sure that both were not going to be charged that if I was going to be charged on my credit card I would submit the reimbursement to my company. He continued to cut me off several times! Then after I hand him my credit card he tells me he can’t accept a reward card (though it was a credit card) he slams something and begins to stare at my card looking it up. So we rented a truck from you guys. When we got there they only had one truck so we had no options but to take this truck. As we did a walk around we did notice it had been wrecked and told them about it. But when we got to our vaction we realized it had alot more body damage. On top of that we didn't inspect it from the inside till after we left for vaction. The whole inside of the vehicle was dirty. It looked like someone spilled drinks all over the inside of the doors and it was very dusty and had a werid smell to it. Also the bed of the truck looked like someone carried dirt and rocks in it. It looked like it was someone's work vehicle not a rental. But when my husband addressed the owner when we got back he basically blamed us for not taking a better look at the truck before we took

What a joke. Not enough time to even explain. Reservation vehicle was not there, i was.told they are out of vehicles, and that Expedia doesnt kniw how this Budget runs their business. Manager was a joke, said out loud to me and others trying to get their vehicle that "I have other things to be doing". By far the worst experience Ive ever had.

What a nightmare this place is! The owner is DISTURBINGLY rude. He started out by threatening us that if we didn't fill it up upon return it would be $10 a gallon gasoline charge. We rented a car that obviously hadn't been inspected or cleaned, and the tire blew out in rural KY in the middle of the night. We had to wait 6 hours to get somebody to come and fix the tire that WE paid for OUT OF POCKET THEN HAVE TO WAIT TO BE REIMBURSED! This rental car didn't even come with a spare tire... it came with a can of fix-a-flat! UNBELIEVABLE. The tire had 5 holes in it and blew out at the rim so it wasn't anything we hit on the road. They didn't send another rental car out to help us, oh but Hey ...they offered to give us a $5 credit for an Uber!!! One of the people in our party is almost 80 year
