Budget Car Rental

As a member and frequent customer, this is one of the worst experiences I've had at any location I've been to. Tiffany is the lady I had to deal with and she was not only rude but racist! I waited 30minutes to get helped and as I was instructed to sit down to wait for an available vehicle, 3 other customers who came in behind me were helped immediately. I was even asked to show my banking information to use as 'proof' of my address yet when I showed her my address, which I said was the same as on my license, she scrolled through to view my account information!! I took my phone back from her and told her she didn't need to scroll for anything else!!! I was 5min early for my one-way pickup so I was not late or anything! I will never go to this location again and this has left a bad taste in

I left this place shaking with frustration and disbelief. I’ve rented cars all over the country and have never experienced something like this. When I returned my rental, the two women working there accused me of smoking marijuana in the car — something that couldn’t be further from the truth. I don’t smoke, period. Not cigarettes, not weed, nothing. There was no smell, no evidence, no reason at all for them to say that. But they insisted, acted like I was lying, and tried to slap me with a $450 “smoking fee.” I was completely blindsided and humiliated. The way they spoke to me was rude, cold, and judgmental. Tiffany & Katie & I believe his name was Josiah, at the 384 E Garden of the Gods Rd location were amazing!!!!! I will only use this location for all my future rental needs. My car was getting fixed and I had to keep renewing my rental, Tiffany & Katie really took care of me and made the process so easy. They were very professional & courteous, down to earth and great/fun to work with, I enjoyed every interaction. They were very transparent about all the costs & expectations (no smoking, pets, & fuel fill-up), there were no surprise fees or charges like most places I've rented from. The car was spotless, cute, sporty & fun to drive. You guys are amazing, keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back!!! 🖤

Ownership needs to realize what is taking place at this facility. I would like to speak to an owner, not Management. Certain employees working at this location are ruining your business. I will never return to this specific Budget again. Similar reviews over an extended period of time needs to be handled accordingly. Sad to see so many upset customers.

Very glad I chose this location for my most recent rental car. Couldn't get a car early in the morning, but they set me up with a nice vehicle later on in the day. This was my first time having to rent, and Tiffany went above and beyond helping me get set up and out the door. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone!
