Budget Car Rental

It was a very seamless experience and the customer service at the location was great. Its so convenient to pick up in the neighborhood. The car could have been cleaner, as it was a bit dirty. However everything else was great and the car was exactly what we wanted!

Always great service friendly staff great selection. Always my go to for business or personal rentals needs. It’s great to see a company still putting customer service at the forefront of business.

Second time trying them. It seems they never have your preferred vehicle class and they won’t tell you until you get to the counter to pick up your rental. Suddenly the price doubles based on “availability” or you have to cancel your reservation. Definitely won’t be entertaining this Budget/Avis anymore. Pathetic service. Response to your response: I’m fully aware of unforeseen circumstances, as a customer it’s not my responsibility to keep up with your company’s circumstances. It is yours. This is a VERY COMMON practice with you people and you do it on purpose. When I book using my company’s discount, suddenly there’s no vehicles. If I book full price you have whatever I paid for. I've been having car issues for a almost a month and have had to get a rental. The ease of booking online, doing everything prior to going to counter and walking in inserting credit card walking out in 10min of that is amazing. This location doesn't have much cars but the young man at front desk guest service always helps. Has taught me some pointers about renting also. Been 4 weeks earned a few free days i can use at any time. I will confound to rent from them when I need a car. The credit card holding fee is 250 only downside I feel the more you rent and are a member it should go down but it is what it is.
