Budget Car Rental

So I went to pick up my vehicle after making a reservation I was supposed to pick up a Camry or similar and I was given a ford escape, the interior of the vehicle smelled like weed and wasn’t even cleaned, you could still see dirt dust and debris in the inside of the car on the carpets and seats. I was told by the employees that they didn’t smelled anything at all and didn’t take me seriously or even offered to change the vehicle. Completely ridiculous.yall need to do better

Budget fixed the issue and I am satisfied with the correction and look forward to continuing business with them. Thank you. If I could give a zero I would. I use the Budget at Barker Cypress Road in Cypress, Texas a few times a year and have never had an issue. I will never use Budget again. I have been a long time member. I returned the car on time at the location and they had one employee working on a Saturday. There were 5 or 6 people waiting to pick up cars so I asked if I could leave the keys since he was busy and they closed in an hour. He said yes so I gave him the keys. Budget then charged me an extra day rental since he didn't check it in until after they closed. I called the customer service and explained and they said the card would be refunded the 49.77. It never was so I fil

I rented from this location after I suddenly began to experience car troubles, in which Idid not know what was wrong with the vehicle for awhile. Therefore, I had to rent from this location for a few weeks. I rented the brand new Kia Telluride and it was clean and ready to go. The staff was excellent, very patient, understanding, very nice, and also very helpful in the process. Thee staff member named Teejay was excellent as well. He was very personable and he made the process go smoothly. I was in and out in a few minutes. Thank you Teejay and staff for your excellent services. If your in need of a rental car, I do recommend getting your rental from this location.

This place is the worst rental car agency I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I booked through expedia and they called me the day and exact time of my reservation to tell me that they did not have any cars available. This happened one other time a few years ago. Even though they cancelled, they still charged me $50.00. This is an illegal charge on my credit card and I will be seeking filing a fradulant charge dispute on these criminals.

I i’m giving this location three stars because the car was completely filthy with coffee stains all over the outside. It had not been washed and very minimal detail. Also, if you read the additional charges that’s posted when you go into the location they have things listed on here such as glitter and sand, which will cause additional $75 charge which does not seem right then that they are giving out filthy cars but telling you that you cannot wear your fashionable pants or take a trip to the beach in their vehicle or you will be charged a extra price
