This is the best location to get a rental. What makes it the best location is ROBERT. Every time I come here he is always positive and kind. The customer service is TOP TIER. Every time I come here I leave feeling happy because Robert. He makes the process easy to get the rental in and out. Even when sold out of cars he still does the job to get you in car. I will always come here to get a car because I know ROBERT will take care of me. Couldn't ask for a better person to help with getting a rental! ROBERT is the man to go to when it comes to getting a rental!

Shout out to Robert! He’s amazing. We always come to budget in Jacinto Plaza Denton, our go to place to rent a car. He’s quick, very nice and very approachable. 10 stars for him and this place! They are awesome!

We’ve had fairly decent experience with this location in the past. But the Sunday before Christmas, we booked a reservation a month ago to pick up a car at this location, on Sunday, at noon. The online reservation allowed us to book a car pick up for noon on this date on at this location. I spouse got there 30 minutes early and nobody was there. There was a handwritten note on the door saying sorry, we’re closed, we are all out of cars. I own two small businesses. I’m guessing this manager knew the night before that. They were not gonna have any cars available to all of the customers who pre-reserved a car for this date at this location. Would’ve been nice to get a call from him, apologizing for not having any and helping us find the car we have already paid for at another location. We had

I came to the Avis Rental Center in Denton, Tx on San Jacinto. Mr Robert was sooooo professional and Top Tier with EXCELLENT 5 star Customer Service. He assisted me with my car rental and I upgraded my rental to a SUV which I’m glad I did! Cudos! to Robert for being a FABULOUS agent with GREAT customer service!

I can came to Avis to rent a vehicle and Peter was amazing! He was helpful and worked his magic to get me the van that I needed! Robert was funny and had great customer service!
