Budget Car Rental

The employee was absolutely not helpful and LAZY. We asked for a modification of the booking, we provided 3 solutions that is HIS JOB to do so. At the end we rented from Newark. I wonder why these kind of people get a job...absolutely avoid.

Rented a car on the 5th of may here. The 2 employees were friendly (they explained all the details), the service was excellent and the car was clean and comfortable. I have rented cars several times with different companies, but this one was above my expectations. Thanx a lot and keep up the good work! Ps: when you leave parking, don't go to the left, you can only go to the right.

I had an urgency to help my family getting things and errands done since they could not (the results of the pandemic). I rented from this place and the service was excellent at both pick up and drop off. The staff at drop off went above and beyond for me. They also made my experience seem less as I was able to get the vehicl and leave quickly and drop off was even faster. I highly recommend them and I will use them whenever I need a car.

The place is no frills, just like the name of their company. My first visit there to pick up the car was good with the gentleman at the customer service desk. The return car process was bare minimum ok. The customer service needs improvement. When talking to the lady at the desk, she doesn't respond, was kind of rude. Just only process paper work.
