Budget Car Rental

The people I talked to over several calls were very rude and standoffish. There was a miscommunication about a one way fee and I was told by a previous person they would waive the fee for the miscommunication but then told they wouldn’t waive the fee from another person. I was never informed there would be a one way fee when renting the car and ended up paying almost $1000 for a 1-day rental. I will never rent a car from here again! I also have not been helped since the making of the post and unfortunately I can’t rent from here again.

Rented from this place twice, and the first should've been a precursor as to why not to come back. The older lady with the cane -- I guess Monica? -- helped us the first time, although she was a bit complain-y about everything for my liking -- but this second time is perhaps what these other 1 star reviews are about. I went in yesterday and you could tell she was irritated with just about everything before I'd even got there, and throughout the interaction she wanted to make her irritation at everything somehow either my fault or my problem. She had an issue with how I prepaid online for a car I reserved so she gave me a fake-helpful, passive-aggressive, "you-should've" lecture about me being locked in for a rate that honestly I didn't mind and clearly agreed to, and two, about the lecture

we rent car from this location 2 times first time it was amazing experience thats the reason we came back to rent from them but this time that old lady on desk named monica was rude and was giving comment on my partner name that why she dont have last name that doesnt make sense, she dont have any right to do this because its jone of her business. office manager or owner should look on this matter as most of reviews are for her bad attitude.

As i read other people reviews, we had encounter Monica when returning the car. She was very rude. It's crazy how many people post a bad reviews about her and she stills works here. What is the point of us writing these reviews when you guys don't take actions. Oh well it's seems like, this company doesn't care about these review I guess. Which probably give Monica more confident about the way she treat customers. Maybe she might be thinking company cant do shit about it so I can treat customers how ever I want. For that reason, for me in the future I would rather rent a car using different company.

This place is terrible. Most of the staff there are really rude especially the lady that works in there working in there has no manners she has an attitude on the phone and in person. Maybe she should cut her hours so she don’t have to work as much.
