Saturday my husband needed to get to St Cloud to cater a Christmas Party & I needed to get to Rockledge for a kids Championship Football game. The location I reserved at did not have the vehicle once I arrived; The Ft. Pierce agent called Ms. Sabean at PSL US1 location and She pulled a vehicle from being transported back to the airport, to make sure we could get what we needed. Her office was very busy when I arrived and I didn't have the proper payment method for a large vehicle to make it more challenging. She still held it and waited. I watched this agent work with Grace under pressure and that is a beautiful character trait I pray we start to see more of in this generation. Thanks to her help, we didn't miss a beat.🙂
