Budget Car Rental

Reserved to pick my car up at 12. Location closed at 12. Was told by a short guy, bald with glasses that I should have been called. NEVER received a call and informed him of such. Was then told they must have been busy. He then stated he did not see the reservation. Another guy states we could call another Budget to which I did and was told no inventory available. Called main budget number and not surprisingly they could see the reservation without issue. Cancelled my prepay with a full refund issued.

I returned my car to this location because the weather was too severe to drive back to the original rental site. The staff member at the counter was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me complete the return without any additional drop-off fee. I wish I remembered her name, but I was truly grateful for her help. I’m very thankful I chose this location, they made the entire return process smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Thank you!

This location had terrible customer service. We went in on Sunday, November 30th at 9am and ended up wasting about 45 minutes before giving up and leaving for Enterprise. The woman at the counter was rude and incredibly unhelpful. Their system wasn’t verifying our information, and instead of explaining what was going on or trying to help us troubleshoot, she immediately told us to call customer service. We sat there for about 20 minutes on the phone until a very kind representative processed a full refund. When we asked about making a new reservation, she said she couldn’t start any new reservations and that we’d have to wait for the manager — so it would “probably be faster online.” At that point it felt like we were dealing with everyone except the person right in front of us. The worst most disgusting rental car place I have ever been to. Employees are slow and not helpful. They have people sleeping in there lobby like it’s a homeless shelter. There rental cars are parked all over the parking lot and they dinged my car as they got into one of their cars. Go else where and keep nasty people out not a good look.

Great deals on rentals and convenient instead of going to the airport locations. Workers can definitely benefit from customer service training though. Waited about 15-20 minutes with no one at the counter when trying to return a vehicle. When someone finally came to the counter, no apology or acknowledgement of the wait time.
