Budget Car Rental

I had a good experience renting a car from this place. We made an online reservation and rolled off the lot within 15 or 20 minutes. I can only give 4 out of 5 stars because eventhough they offered and accepted our reservation for a full size sedan they didnt actually have one, so we got upgraded to an intermediate suv. Which was totally fine but maybe dont offer cars you dont actually have. Car came in good condition and with a full tank of gas.

Beware…i got charged for fuel service even after returning the car with full tank. I even told the desk guy that the tank was full. Looks like it happened a lot with other customers too

Had a very bad experience. I reserved a car in Syracuse Airport. It took almost 1 hr and 20 mins to get the car, even after prefilled all info and submitted online. Once I returned the car in 3 hrs, got a bill with higher amount for fuel. I filled the gas before return and took a photo showing gas estimated 10 miles higher than the initial estimation and meter. Called the customer care and got a refund. They phrased the refund as courtesy, as if they are returning it as a favor to keep my future business. What a experience!!!

I rented a truck for my move, and I actually thought I booked it for the day before my actual reservation. We all know moving is stressful especially when you are doing everything yourself, and Elizabeth helped me get the truck on the spot a day earlier. It really helped us just have that part of our move go smoother. I would definitely recommend using Budget again especially this location.

Had to pick up a rental car since my car is in the shop for repairs. Booked a vehicle online last Friday and picked it up this morning. COVID precautions were in place, staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the whole process was easy breezy. The interior of my rental was clean and had a full tank of gas. Hopefully the drop-off process later this week will be just as easy, but overall, I'd come back here again for my next rental.
