Teddy is a godsend! He was so helpful and reassuring when my flight was delayed several hours. My stressful day was made easier by his kindness and I’d choose this location over any competitors.
The worst place ever! I placed a reservation online, and when I went to pick up the truck, the customer service representative stated that they didn't have any trucks available. While upset, there was, of course, nothing I could do about that. I then asked if he could cancel the contract, and he stated that he would not. I asked for his name, and he stated no and then proceeded to call the police on me. Wow! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I reserved a car online, I took a ride share to the location. They asked me if I had a reservation, found it, just to tell me they didn’t have any cars available. The icing on the cake is that they couldn’t even issue me the refund directly and told me to call customer service. No car and lost 50 dollars for my car share ride as well as no car for thanksgiving! Horrible service!
Teddy and Marvin the perfect duo. Each rep is professional ,and experienced. Their customer service is always informative, accurate and they are always looking for ways to save you money . I have been renting from This location for a consecutive 8 months with no interruptions , and opportunities to accrue points, with a reliable car to drive. I would recommend this location to any friend or family .Always a smiling face , waiting to help . Great job Guys!!!!!!
Terrible customer service, I do not recommend them. I made my reservation on Friday 3 days before, they deducted $250 from my debit card. Then on Sunday they sent me a message reminding me that I had my car on Monday to pick up at 8:00 am. I arrived at the place and they made me wait 30 minutes. When they attended to me, they told me that they could not give me the car because my card was a debit card. Then I went to customer service to get my money back and they told me that I had to wait between 7 and 10 days.
