JOHNATHON and Stephanie are the best they’ve gone out of their way to make me happy. I highly recommend this location regardless of what those negative reviews are saying their top quality employees and deserve to get a raise.

So far I only picked up my car but I wanted to leave a review since it went so smoothly. Honestly, i've had terrible car rental experiences even just picking up. Was straight to the point, I paid online so it was smooth and they didn't try adding a bunch of fees. I'll come back to review drop off but so far so good. That's already a win for me considering my past experiences.

Really rented a car Apple car play doesn’t work, Bluetooth doesn’t work. I return my vehicle to be charged $500 for a smoke as they claimed. Which I’m not sure why wasn’t informed when returning. Why wait a week? Ridiculous and want ever come back, the lady who handled my contract was rude and as hell. Never again I’ll take my money elsewhere

Friendly staff both at rental pickup and drop off. Efficient spot just the basics for rental when you’re not near the airports. Will consider using again; booked through Costco.

I was very hesitant to rent a car after all the horrid stories I’ve heard. But I needed a car since mine was going to be in the shop for a couple days. I booked online but didn’t pay till I got there. It was $100 for 2 days and a $200 deposit. When I got there, it only took 10 mins to get me all set up. I had a choice of a few cars and they were nice. I did get a chance to inspect the car before signing. It had some scratches/smudges that were not noted. The rep noted all of them on the paperwork so that gave me peace of mind. And just like that I was out the door with the car keys. The car was clean inside, I had no complaints.
