What a great experience. Excellent customer service and we will definitely be renting again. Thank you budget for getting my mini vacation off to a great start and ending on a high note. Oh and very nice suv with heated seats.

Second budget office I was sent to. After first office in Castleton didnt have my truck after confirmation. But the staff was able to fix the problem at this location. Grateful for the help and working to correct the errors of another part of the company.

I'm updating my review because we discovered the license plate was expired (since 2024) only once we reached the border. While I understand it's ultimately our responsibility to ensure the car is legal to drive before leaving, we were dealing with a family emergency and needed to leave urgently. We explained this to William and requested the car as soon as possible. When I called the 1-800 number, the representative couldn’t locate the registration in the system. I then contacted William, who insisted he had the document and that it didn’t expire until 12/2025. I asked him to email it to us for confirmation, but he refused, started yelling at me, and told me I wasn’t allowed to cross the border with his car—then abruptly hung up.
