Budget Car Rental

Our team rents vehicles from Budget every two weeks, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. The service, professionalism, and overall customer care truly set this location apart from other rental companies. I especially want to recognize JJ and Heather. They always go above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. They consistently provide us with excellent vehicles and make the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Their communication is clear, friendly, and efficient every single time. Highly recommended!

Update: sent a detailed email to budget with all details on the email they have shared in their response underneath, I'll be back with more details if any significant changes. ____________________ Location is inconvenient to get to but when you get there only 2 agents were assisting about 300 plus people, I had to wait 80 minutes in the queue to get to an agent The agent did not respect our previous booking and sneakily added an add on that we didn't ask for and significantly escalated the booking amount. Later on I had to fight with the call centre to get it rectified. Overall, very poor experience!

We flew into Dallas to visit family and we decided to rent a car to make it so family didn't have to come pick us up. Just trying to make things a little easier. My wife had pre booked a compact car for us, but the clerk insisted to up grade us after a few minutes of going back and forth we agreed to upgrade. And they put us in a full size truck. So far as is going ok we just paid more for the truck then we were originally planning to pay, but it is what it is. No one walks out to the cars with you for a pre check of the cars, which in my opinion is setting travlers up for disaster upon returning of the car. When we got to the truck that they put us in. Update: Budget tried reaching out to stop the negative publicity, but ultimately refused to remove the charges. Original post: $450 cleaning fee for made up charges. I was wary when I received the car in poor condition. I took a lot of pictures (see attached) to cover myself for any bogus claims that might happen. The car was received with lots of dents and dings. The interior had stains on the seats, cloth sides and ceiling. There was also some unknown stains (maybe sunscreen?) on the interior of the doors. My suspicions turned out to be justified when a $450 cleaning fee showed up after the fact. I’m not sure if this is a Budget Rental scam or just sheer incompetence from their staff. Literally nobody home, no one to answer phone.Two stars because the drop-off was smooth. Normally fly into Loves, the Budget there is OK for the price. The "Fastbreak" here was non existent. We were sent to an abandoned table in the garage. Finally went back to Avis to get the car. Took about 45 min.
