Budget Car Rental

Management has either changed or I got lucky today, but getting a car from here was quick and easy. I reserved the night before, called before I went to pickup and confirmed they had a vehicle for me.

Worst customer service of any rental company I’ve ever used. Made insurance confusing and charged me for insurance I already had. Took advantage of the fact that they were extremely slow and busy and I just wanted to get out. Charged me for fuel when I filled it 0.4m from drop off location. Manager Zoe I spoke with was rude and couldn’t care less about being a decent human being. Will never deal with these crooks again!

Worst place to get a rental from. They do not maintain their vehicles. The vehicle I got was dirty and full of roaches. When asked about it, they said they could clean it for me if I wanted to wait, and what about the roaches crawling on the van now. She said sorry, I have no other vans. It was disgusting to drive as the roaches were crawling all over the dashboard, steering wheel and in two occasions on my legs while driving. I will never rent from this company again. I wish I could put videos on the review because I took a full video of the filth and the roaches crawling around . Great!! Was able to pick up my rental down the road from my hotel. Booked a lower class car cause it was cheap but they upgraded me to a fully loaded suv for free. Return at the airport was simple and fast. And the hold on my account was taken off before I even boarded my flight back home. Will definitely use again!!!
