very easy to purchase online.quick pickup and drop off.didnt try and cheat me out of my deposit ether..Ill be back...great selection of rides also big plus...thanks budget without you i would have missed out on my trip when my truck had an unseen issue and was undriveable at the time......

I rented a car for Saturday 8/30/25 pick up at 3pm. When i got to the door it was locked and i looked at my watch and it was 3:01pm. Shakell came to the door and said that he shuts his computer down at three. I said well why would they allow me to make a reservation at three if you shut down your system at three. Nevertheless i left without a car and i had driven from Gainesville Florida. I had to make another reservation and go back to Gainesville to pick up my car the next day from the airport. Budget needs to not allow customers to make a reservation 15mins prior to closing and those working should not be shutting down there systems right at closing. Never had a problem with this location and i believe Shakell has only been at this location for two months or so. He said the district man

The new manager is fantastic!! Extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Hands down only place I will rent from going forward!!

Poor customer service. The weekend employee is rude.

Although the guy was late opening this location, he was pleasant and efficient. I rented a midsized sedan, and he "upgraded me" to a small SUV... which I did not consider an upgrade. Yet all this considered, not a bad experience, just not what I expected.
