Budget Car Rental

I have a Slight issue a few days ago and I voiced my opinion and it was Resolved ASAP, Thanks a lot to Ms Danielle who reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue, She was very professional and helpful, So I’ll definitely continue to do business with Budget, And thanks to Ms Shaye from the Lanham location who helped me, She was also very nice and helpful, And to the Manager at the same Lanham location thank you Sir , Way To go Budget 😎👍

I actually love 🚗 Budget Car Rental was the only Car Rental that wouldn’t let me drop it off at another place in another state with only a small drop off fee. Where the others were charging over $100. 😮 Thank you too the super nice and friendly staff

My rental broke down due to a mechanical malfunction on the second day of my trip. On the day I was supposed to return home I was forced to travel a total of 6 hour from where I was to get a replacement vehicle. I was told they provided a voucher, however the voucher only covers a portion of the ride so I was charged 188.00 by uber. Budget the charged me a return date change fee, a fueling charge of over $100 for the disabled vehicle and when I asked for a refund on both the rental which ended up being $593.00 as opposed to the $300 and some dollar original price. Budget stated they could only refund me $113.00 on the rental and $50 for the uber. The customer service call center is trash, the roadside assistance call center is horrible. Shaye Was absolutely the best. My reservation time wasn't correct but she made sure she found me a craft m car and had me on my way.

The staff at this Budget location are incredibly polite, helpful, and all-around wonderful. My partner and I have had the pleasure of using this location for our personal and work rentals about 5 times over the past 6 months and have always had great experiences! The two young women who work the front desk are professional and go above and beyond to help! Would always recommend booking at least 18-24 hours in advance. They have limited inventory and if people don't return their cars on time, there's not much they can do (since they also have to clean the cars when they're dropped off).
