Budget Car Rental

Booked an intermediate car via the southwest app- while I love southwest- only did it for the extra pints - pretty dissatisfied with this location. First of all, I did not know that they were offsite and not in the airport! Landing late at night and trying to meet family for dinner… While trying to figure out where to pick up my car was less than ideal. Then having booked an intermediate vehicle, I questioned when I looked around the parking lot and saw small, very basic vehicles. I was given a pretty beat up Toyota Corolla with hail damage on the roof and paint chips on the front hood… the door swings out - doesn’t stop incrementally - so you have be careful not to hit the car next to you…I’m normally satisfied with an intermediate vehicle, as it tends to be larger, such as an Impala or e

I’m so happy I run into car through a budget. Who’s not even here at the airport. About 15 miles from home and I have nowhere to go. Every other car rental places, empty of cars. DON’T BOTHER

We just rented a full size car here and our experience overall was fantastic. The car was awesome and the staff were friendly and super helpful. To get to the rental desk and cars you have to take a shuttle which is very close to the airport - only couple minute ride. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Worst service ever with even worse employees that don’t belong anywhere near customers. The woman behind the counter was very rude and asked for personal information including the address of where I’m staying. After I asked why this information was necessary she became irritated and told me she is denying service. Not only are the questions NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, I can’t wait to call my lawyer to see what my legal options now are for the missed time and costs for having to book another rental. Do not give this trash can of a business your money! Conveniently, budget doesn’t even have a customer complaint department…probably bc they on purpose hire clowns!

So... It's a bit redneck. I had to ask around at the terminal where to find budget. Budget is the only rental agency not in the terminal. My car was ~50k miles, had dead bugs in it, had an overall dirty interior and still contained remnants of the previous renter. There was also hail damage - that didn't bother me, I'm just sharing a fact. Their rental requirements were a bit more intrusive: where are you staying, why are you here, and some other mundane questions. There was also a sign that read if your credit card declined, they will not reattempt. The car was very very basic. That being said, it got me from point A to point B.
