Budget Car Rental

OK for returns but don't rent from this location. Let me tell you why. Rented a full size car for my one way trip to JFK. When I arrived there were no full size cars available but they had 9 SUVs in the parking lot. Normally you would expect to be given a vehicle in another class if your specific car is not available - not at this location. They wanted me to wait until a car in my "class" was returned. I was offered an upgrade to one of the SUVs but really, why should I have to pay the upgrade fee if they didn't have my original car available on their lot. This location is independently owned and managed and it is up to the owner/manager to determine policy, not the corporation. So it was the manager's choice not to release a car. BEWARE- DO NOT USE!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. WORST experience ever. We took our dog with us on a trip through snow and ice. We returned the car with a full tank of gas and my husband wiped down the entire interior of the vehicle because we knew that we dragged some snow and ice in on our feet. They charged us $110 to vacuum the car because they claim that they found a few dog hairs. When we called and talked to their office and then called their corporate office, they were rude and uncaring and told us that they could have charged us $450. We don't smoke so no smell in the vehicle. We wiped it down, we gassed it up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NEVER rent from here again. Such a scam.

Budget cars are no good. I have to use due to insurance. The car I received tire went flat less then 30 miles away from the place. The people are not always friendly. Other places are higher but, I get better service.

Not recommended at all, I had my credit card I made my reservation days and days in advance. they wouldn't scan my card he told me that he was unable to and I was not allowed to get my car. What I believe is that he wasn't ready the car wasn't ready even though I had already placed this order like 4 days before this my car should have been ready. also I did have a Wells Fargo account I had an actual credit card for them to use. My daughter missed a very important dr apt because I own a 2 seat jeep wrangler..missed seeing my grandkids too!

This place doesn't not deserve a star. The customer representative was very disrespectful. I arrived early to pick up a rental car and he sat in his car and watched me waiting outside. The hand written sign on the door stating he will be back at 10:00. I will never rent from Budget rental car again.
