If I could give zero stars, I would. We rent cars several times a year and have never dealt with such an unprofessional, disrespectful, and defensive employee. Monica was rude from the moment we arrived, defensive when we asked basic questions, and flat-out refused to let us speak to a manager. She spoke with complete confidence, yet was completely wrong the entire time. After hours of being with the 1-800 number and wasted time and frustration, it turned out we were right all along, and the process worked exactly how we said it would. Her arrogance and lack of training was shocking for someone claiming to have 20 years of experience. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I've rented from this Budget Car Rental location twice now, and each time has been a fantastic experience. The front desk lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, has always gone above and beyond to ensure my rental process is smooth and stress-free. Not only was she super helpful with the paperwork, but she even came to my rescue once when I needed a phone charger in a pinch! One of the things I appreciate most about Budget Car Rental is the cleanliness of their vehicles. Both times I've rented, the cars were spotless and well-maintained, which is always reassuring. It's clear that they take pride in their fleet. Another aspect that sets Budget apart is their Sunday hours. It's incredibly convenient to be able to return a car on a Sunday when many other rental companies are closed.
