Budget Car Rental

I had reserved a car with Enterprise, but when I arrived for pickup, they informed me they had no vehicles available. The staff was extremely rude and offered no help, even though I urgently needed a car to drive to Orlando for a flight. I then went to Budget, where Kevin truly saved the day. He not only found a car for me right away but was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to Kevin, I’m now a loyal customer of this branch. Thank you, Kevin — you were truly the best!

Got screwed over at the enterprise location next door. Went into Budget 30 minutes before closing with no reservation and the young lady behind the counter was beyond helpful! Thank you for showing what customer service should look like

Made reservation two months in advance for an SUV, arrived to location and only a pick-up truck was available. Due to desperation, we accepted the rental car. However, truck had an expiered license plate and 2 bald tires… on our way to Florida, we experienced a flat tire due to the negligence. We arrived late to our drop off location and had to pay for the extension… no waiver or reimbursement was issued for the careless act demonstrated by this location. Please do not ever rent here. Save yourself the trouble and headache and just go to Enterprise.
