Budget Car Rental

A bunch of scammers - got the car twice and returned after filling up tank. Yet the charged me for fuel service. Avoid these guys unless you wanna pay unnecessary fees or if you want to go through the trouble of disputing the charges then go ahead. Pathetic customer service and very rude.

Update was charged $140 for a full tank of gas when I filled up before going to him always keep your records guy is shady Was greeted right away while walking in reserved a tahoe but got a suburban instead can't complain there was some scratches in the car so I took pictures before getting in and leaving so I don't get blamed for them

I had reserved the car from Priceline and the checking in went so smooth. Also they were very welcome and mentioned more options we could add to our rental. The Toyota we rented was quite new and we had a nice trip with Budget Rental.

Person at the counter was super kind and helpful even tho I had problems with my credit card there. Finally, everything worked just fine. I got an upgrade by getting much bigger car than I initially reserved. The car was clean and not damaged at all. I was able to change my drop off location at the counter. One thing to improve would be to offer some instructions over basic things like for example how to operate the device to pay for road tolls. But overall everything was fine. I only got billed for what was discussed at the counter and drop off at jfk was super easy and quick

Computers didn't work when we got there so we had to wait. Put us in a dirty, dented car. After waiting for 35 minutes, gave me the visual inspection form without letting me see the vehicle, which hadn't been cleaned, and makes all kind of weird noises and is ridiculously loud at the crazy speeds of 55mph. It's an experience I guess.
