Budget Car Rental

They rented me a car with a broken windshield, 1 tire had no air and the brakes were making noise

Mike who works here is awesome!! So helpful and nice. Helped me get a great rate on a car for the week, which has been so helpful as my normal car was totaled so having a great reliable rental is a necessity. The car drives great and is very clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for a rental!

I have been using this place for years. For moving trucks and personal vacation vehicles. I go out of my way to use this location and the very personable and respectful personal at this location. I cannot believe that anyone had a money issue here as that is the one thing I found them very generous and honest about. On at least two occasions I had forgotten to record or overfilled my fuel on returning the truck. I tried to let the owner keep the extra money and he refused, paid me out of his pocket cash for my gas receipt over my protest! They also gave me advice on which vehicle I would be more comfortable in, had the most options, gas mileage etc,. They even let me keep my personal vehicle on their lot overnight on one occasion. I don't know if the owners have changed in the last year

Renting a truck can really suck, but Kirk and the folks at this specific Budget location make it suck a whole lot less. Kirk got me the best deal I could’ve possibly gotten. The check in process was a breeze, and the truck was great for our 1500-mile trip.

I've been renting from this location monthly for over 16 months. Mike and his crew is who I go to if I need a car rental in Southern California and who I send others too as well. Professional Hospitable & incredibly fast.
