Budget Car Rental

Went in to pickup a vehicle that I had reserved and paid for online. We were treated horribly. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She spoke so soft that I couldn’t understand her and everything I asked for was answered with a resounding NO. She was rude and not interested in having any returning customers. I have used this agency before but will never use it again.

We usually rent cars at the airport and after this experience we will continue to do that. We rented thru Costco and showed up to a 4Runner that had to have been wiped down with a damp paper towel it was a mess. The tires were also low at first we thought it was due to the colder weather, it wasn’t. We also had to deal with no washer fluid even though the windows were disgusting. There were scratches and dents all over the car but the desk lady didn’t bother to go outside and go over the car with us (must be an Odessa thing). We were told to return it full because it was given to us full it wasn’t it was at 3 qts. While returning it we were told they don’t have washers yet they were “washing vehicles” when we picked up and then he was wanting us to pay an extra $57 for the 1 qt of gas we d

Doesn't accept chime. Chime is not a prepaid card. They don't state this anywhere online and take your money and waste your time. I'm out $300 for "3-7 business days." The lady inside claims no rental company accepts chime however when I called customer service to get my refund the man said they do accept chime and that specific location chooses not to.

We rented a car from LA California and returned in Midland Odessa - the original charge was $500 and some change roughly. When I got my bill it was over $1,200. They put that we returned it a day late which was a total lie - I returned it early as we made it back the day before it was due. Then they charged some stupid fee for loss and damage we told them no for at a rate of $36 a day. This company will screw you every way possible. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything as the other reviews I’m seeing are just as bad. Pay a little more to go to a company that won’t lie and cheat to up your fees.
