Budget Car Rental

Filled up before returning and still got charged for refueling? Never had this happen, wont be renting from Budget again. After spending half an hour on the phone with customer support & providing all receipt details from refueling it they adjusted it, but why was I charged in the first place?.. seems sketchy in a situation where you are already on guard due to the reputation of car rental agencies.

Chelsea is outstanding. She asked what car we wanted, I told her and within just a few minutes we were driving off. The vehicle was a gmc and it felt like we was driving off from a dealership but only way better. It was amazing checking in and out. Chelsea is very helpful and showed us the features in the vehicle before driving off. Thank you Chelsea for such a great experience. We will be back for sure.

Th price was great and Kevin was originally nice when I picked up the car. I had to extend it an extra week bc of my car being worked on. I ended up having to get a new car. I returned the car 3 days early. I payed when I dropped off the car I told him to put that on a seperate card then the one used for the deposit he said no problem. My card was charged . But the card for the deposit was also charged . I called he said would drop off in a day. It didn’t . I called again and I was placed on hold and then when he got back on the phone he was rushing to get off says he had no idea why it’s still on there or why my card plus the card for the deposit was ran when I dropped off the car . Very disappointed . This is now day 4 and it still hasn’t came off my card .

Never Renting from here again! They messed up my whole return lied and said the truck was return Sunday when I returned it the same night I got it which was Friday. The processed $315 from my card twice . Do not do business here unless you enjoy being scammed

They just called me after booking through priceline and said sorry we dont have any cars available. This is crazy! I now have to re arrange all my plans because they claimed they had 16 cars available. Someone has to get their stuff together thank God I answered my phone
