Budget Car Rental

Had such a great experience renting here! Everything went super smoothly. The car was clean, ready on time, and exactly what we needed. Dante was awesome — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommending this spot and will be back next time we need a rental!

Showed up to get my rental car at 12pm as scheduled, received email and text confirmations, only to be told upon arrival that they don’t have my car at this location but that it would be there later that day, and that they would call me to come back. I had to call two different times, after 3pm, only to then be told the car has not been picked up by distribution and essentially was not going to be delivered that day. Ended up having to find another rental car elsewhere for double the price since I had to book same-day. Overall a terrible experience.

DO NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM HERE. My husband and I reserved a 16 foot truck from Budget months ago and then they have the audacity to call 30 minutes before our pickup time to say they do not have a truck for us. When we asked what we should do then because we have to move today, they suggested we call around to the other Budget locations. They did not even offer to call for us or offer a reasonable solution. Not only did they not have a 16 foot truck but they supposedly had no trucks available for us. We would have appreciated if they called the other locations on our behalf to find a solution, but instead they wanted to make it our problem. We used Budget on our previous move, but they will not be getting our business anymore.

Loved renting from here this past weekend! Donte was SUPER helpful with the process of getting our rental from beginning to end. Would definitely come back and use Budget just for that reason!

I rent at this Budget location frequently and the last few times I have had some bad scenarios where car wasn’t available or not clean. This time I had a great experience and like to give credit when credit is due. My reservation was ready and the counter person Sam was her name was extremely professional and very quick with setting up the reservation for pickup along with her co-worker who made sure the car was in good shape and ready. Great job ! I look forward to see if this continues with my next visit
