We had an outstanding experience with BUDGET CAR RENTAL PLANTATION FL 33388 ! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Kerry Ann, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant rental experience.

Absolutely fantastic service! The team is extremely professional, and the pick-up and drop-off were quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I will definitely use this company again. Our experience at this Budget Rental Car location was absolutely disgraceful. The female employee working behind the counter was unbelievably rude from the moment we approached the desk. Her tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism were shocking. She showed zero customer-service skills, zero willingness to help, and zero respect for customers. Instead of offering assistance or basic courtesy, she acted irritated, dismissive, and completely uninterested in doing her job. The way she spoke to us was unacceptable for any business, especially one dealing with travelers who rely on timely and respectful service. No customer should ever be treated the way we were treated at this location. Based on my experience, we strongly recommend that no one ever uses this Budget office. There

the price is good but the car I received was filthy, there was a sticky mess in all of the cupholders (pictures attached) and the same residue on the doors and windows, there was also sand from the previous renter still in the car. I will not be renting from this business again.

Made a reservation a week before arriving to Florida, on the day of the rental I got a call 3 hours before to let me known they don’t have anything! Not a single car! They apparently don’t hold cars there and have to request them from the airport but they got denied a car!
