Budget Car Rental

Sabine is a phenomenal asset to this location. My aunt and I had to rent a car and then a Ford Transit to move a house full of items 1000 miles. Sabine was patient, helpful, and friendly throughout our multiple interactions. We witnessed her handle a crowd of customers with professionalism and efficiency, getting returns processed and pick-ups ready to go in quick fashion. Sabine is a powerhouse and we appreciated her character during our rental needs.

I had an excellent experience with Avis! The booking process was simple and stress-free, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, everything was ready to go. The worker Sabine was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth from start to finish. She was such a great help and very pleasant. The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and drove perfectly—I could tell it was well-maintained. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as pickup, with clear instructions and no hassle at all. Overall, I’m very impressed with Avis and will definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable rental car experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible experience at pick up and drop off They called me at 545 pm the night before I was to pick up truck and told me they didn’t have any trucks available. Mind you I reserved it a week prior. I was told they would put an inquiry on it and someone would call me back .. that never happened. I re did another reservation at the same place for a bigger truck and it went through although I was told they had no trucks of any size . Truck was in awful condition Check engine light came on halfway through the trip I ended up returning it same day in another location a day and a half early . When I got to the drop off place there was no one working I had to walk to the back to ask who was working here there was a gentleman washing a car in the back with an awful attitude He showed no empathy tha

Bad experience at this location. I reserved a truck for an upcoming move weeks in advance. On pickup day they told me that they didn’t have the truck. They didn’t have any larger trucks either. They offered me a smaller truck which was too small for my needs but since I was stuck and I had the laborers on the way I had to try and use. Budget then proceeded to charge me MORE for the smaller truck! After waiting for about an hour to have them adjust the price I was extraordinarily annoyed and I just decided to leave. And after all of that, a few days later I was actually CHARGED by Budget for failing to show up for my reservation. Bad overall experience.

5 Stars to Shirrecka! My Fiancee rented a vehicle to travel to our out of state wedding. As with anything pertaining to weddings there is always something that is going to go wrong and have an issue. Well not with Shirrecka working, our check-in was great as we were met with a warm welcome and a friendly interaction. Our vehicle was a perfect fit for what we needed and the service was perfect. It was a perfect start to a long planned wedding. Thanks again for everything that you did, It was truly appreciated and we are so thankful.
