I booked a luxury vehicle online, but when I arrived, they tried to give me a budget car while still charging the luxury rate. When I questioned it, they gave me the runaround instead of honoring my reservation. The location is in a sketchy part of town, and their business practices are completely untrustworthy. I strongly advise avoiding this rental agency — they are not honest about what you’ll actually get when you show up.
The worst experience. I booked online for a car, they let me payed online with international driver license. And they didn’t give the car because my license is not from US even though I showed my passport. The guy in the counter was very rude and not helpful at all.
This is the worst car rental in Rockford, will let you book and pay online but if you have an international drivers license you can’t take the car, won’t help you cancel, staff is rude. Don’t use this
I rent a car online , and they didnt gave me the car ,even that i have all requirements, and its time i didnt have my money back. Maybe because im latín , i guess.
Great people and excellent customers service. Vehicles here are reasonable prices and affordabl. I will be back
