Excellent Service and Smooth Experience! It is always an amazing experience renting my car from this Budget rental at Rockville MD location. The booking process was easy, Mr Teklu and his staff are always very friendly and professionals, and the vehicle was spotless and in great condition. Rental cars are always readily available with option to choose from. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental.

Helpful service and excellent rental offering. One note for those considering insurance, go through the agency vs online "package" as you'll save some cash.

I rented a van from this location and when I came to pick up the car, it was not even available. This ruined our travel plan driving down to Florida. Because of their irresponsible and unprofessional business, we had to waste more than two hours until getting a car. The employee, Anthony was being very rude to us and ignored our concern. He also discriminated against us. He never aplologized. Never tried to resolve the issue. He only showed racial discrimination by being rude to us and being nice to other customers. If you want to ruin your travel plan, use this location. If you want to go as planned, never use this location, and just do not use Budget. Also, he illegally chared $30 for the gas I already filled.
