Budget Car Rental

Another horrible interaction with Alex. Not sure if he's an employee/manager/owner but regardless, he's rude and completely lacking in customer service skills. Beware that this is NOT a corporate Budget location (I didn't realized that some were independently owned). Because of this, Alex couldn't check my car in as being returned and literally handwrote on a blank sheet of paper a "receipt". I even called Budget/Avis corporate immediately after to let them know and to confirm that I'd returned the car, but it's now a week later and I was just contacted by their loss prevention department since they still have no record that I returned the car.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I booked a car on expedia for this location. It was $37 total which I thought was cheap. They didn't have the vehicle I reserved. Then they told me the total was $140! After telling them my total was $37 through expedia, they said they can't give me that price. This is illegal, and its called bait and switch. Should have read the reviews about this place before I booked it.

Horrible!!!! They had 2 vehicles only 🚗 and neither was what I reserved. Sales person was not willing to listen or make adjustments. I had a major credit card and they were asking for a $1000 deposit . Went around the corner to Enterprise-major selection minimum deposit had my requested vehicle in no time!

Worst customer service ever! My daughter needed a truck to move from Atlanta to Orlando, Fl. The truck they gave us engine light came on soon as we drove it 2 blocks. Then we had to call around to find our own exchange truck no help when we drove it back to the Budget place. We had to get our own deal with another dealer. No stars for them. While we were there another Custer came back and exchanged his truck too. So sad...you just can't find good service anymore 😔

I rented a car through Expedia from Budget and was given this location as the pickup location. I got a mid-sized truck because it was the best deal. I received an email that night from Budget confirming the rental and then another email from them the next morning reminding me of my 11:15 am pickup. Text in the email literally said, "we've got your car waiting on you". However, upon arriving they didn't have any vehicles for me. He offered me the one vehicle he had - a huge Ram 3500 diesel fuel truck - at a higher rate, of course. I told him I was driving to and from Memphis, so I wasn't going to pay for that kind of fuel. He was indifferent, defensive, and didn't seem to really care. He did call the Marietta location, and all they had was a Ram 2500. His callousness seemed to me that he de
