Budget Car Rental

Scammers charged my account for missing mirror when they got my info on my car insurance.They know your reservation by your number and last name does not mean it is budget. They will ask for your new bank card say they will refund you. This place did not call my insurance to do a claim on missing mirror. Do not leave this place with a claim call your insurance. Block your card. Don't use your bank account. They fooled Bank of America too I claimed fraud. They believe them took my money out again. My car insurance not heard from them. I have open claim. Opened up claim with my bank again #2. Based on another call today. My witness they are scammers. You call from Google, they will know your past reservations by your number and last name. Seem legitimate but it is not. This place and scammer

I would give no stars if I could. We had a rental time pick up for 8am. The doors did not get opened until 20 minutes later with may people waiting in line as well. which resulted in us leaving for our trip late and sitting out in the cold.

Anil was very helpful and saved me a lot of time going through the process and fees. Would recommend going here again !

Please drive vehicles in the area before driving them out of this Budget Car Rental. The picture below is a direct reflection of the vehicles status the entire time we were on the road. This store front commits fraud on many ends of the spectrum and will charge fees past the time of car return! Save yourself money, time , and peace of mind. This business has been reported to the BBB. DO NOT RENT VEHICLES FROM THIS LOCATION.

BEWARE!!! So we rented a rav 4 or similar and I arrived with my 11 year old son and they did not have what we reserved but instead gave us a 4Runner. Guy at counter didn’t charge us for the larger vehicle so that was fine. He advised us to head out to the parking lot and find the car in the parking garage. When I located it was a little dirty on the exterior but inside smelled like a baloney sandwich and was filthy. We were heading to Tahoe and were trying to get up there before sunset so we just didn’t want to walk back in the mall and make a big stink about it thinking we would leave the windows down and just let it air out. Driving down the road my son opened the center console and discovered scraps of marijuana left in the console and definitely was the source of the smell in the car.
